VacationMouse feels a responsibility and obligation to provide you with the best quality and service in the Vacation Rental-By-Owner industry. Therefore, we offer all new members a Rental Guarantee for the first year, which guarantees the cost of your membership will be covered.

We are so certain that your listings will pay for themselves, that if they don't, we will extend your listing for an additional year for FREE!

The following conditions apply:

1. Listings must be active for the entire year.
2. Listings must include a property description, location, an updated availability calendar, amenities, and current 'contact the owner' information.
3. Listings must post 12 photos (Free) during the entire first year of their membership.
4. Time shares or listings that are offered for rent for a single time period only, are not covered under the Rental Guarantee.
