Location Views Location
The apartment was FABULOUS! The description was right on. Owner was helpful and promptly replied to emails. We drove down from Vermont and it was super easy to get to. Parking was right under the building and we got a discounted rate since we parked for 3 days and I booked online-search for Alliance Parking. I would suggest reserving since the garage isn't that big. Once inside the doorman and concierge were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean with INCREDIBLE views. Having a balcony really let you take advantage of the views of the river and city. The kitchen was fully stocked-even had coffee filters! Airbeds inflated in seconds. We used two since we traveled with our two kids. They LOVED it there. The location was superb. A 10-15 minute walk to Times Square, the same to subway station. It's even a doable walk to Central Park, but we took a subway. I brought a Streetwise Manhattan map with me which was great in getting a handle on not only the streets but the subway system. The Food Emporium, a grocery store, was great to have a block away. And restaurants were EVERYWHERE! Claudios, a block up the street, had fabulous pizza that you could get by the slice or whole pies. We are definitely looking forward to going back and would highly recommend.

Excellent get away - top notch accommodations
I grew up in NY and live in Massachusetts now. I wanted to take my children for a visit during spring break. We stayed in a apartment unit owned by the same individual last August and had a WONDERFUL time. This time in April, I spent an exhausted search on Home Away and VRBO with no luck . . . I searched through emails and came up with my contact from the August rental. From the moment I made the connection, it was like meeting up with a favored acquaintance. The unit from August was not available, but this one was and WOW, it did not disappoint. The owner was super helpful with everything and answered ALL my questions prior to and after booking the unit. We love, love loved our stay. high-end linens were fresh and plentiful, the view was AMAZING and we were super comfortable with the arrangements. The bathroom and shower was great - plenty of water pressure. The unit was CLEAN, and orderly . . . like living in the comfort of our own home. We were familiar with the neighborhood already, but there was a grocery store (the Emporium) and The Little Pie Company within a short walk which were perfect for stocking up and the location of this unit makes it so easy to connect to the subway. The doormen were unbelievably helpful and courtesy to us . . . In the morning, he gave each of the children a business card with the address in the event they got lost or separated and told them to use this as a way to reconnect and offered us apples in the morning on the way out. It was a great experience and can not wait to return. Thanks and we will see you again!

Wonderful Experience
My friend and I stayed here for a girls weekend away. I have visited NYC for many years, and found this wonderful apt and always stay whenever I can. It was easy to get to (we drove in) and the parking garage was convenient. It is a great location and we could walk to the Empire State as well as the theatre district, Times Square and so much more. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We came in a bit early and were given the key and the ability to drop off our bags. The lovely cleaning woman did an absolutely fantastic job on the apt. I have never stayed in such a clean place!!! The views are amazing as well. I just can't say enough about it. I will continue to come back every time!!!!

Oustanding Stay!
Excellent home base for a family of three. The Owner was very responsive from the initial coordination through our stay; it was flawless. It is exactly as described; clean, kitchen, bed, and bath have everything you need. Conveniently located to many stores, restaurants, commuting options, and attractions. Try Patzaria's Family & Friends on 48th for some great Italian food, a little neighborhood jewel!!

A Great NYC Condo!
We were very pleased with our first vacation to NYC in this lovely condo. We were concerned that there would not be enough room for five people (2 adults, a 14 year-old, an 11 year-old and a 7 year-old) but we had plenty of room. The kids said the aerobeds were very comfortable, as was the queen sized bed in the master bedroom. The view is spectacular and shouldn't be missed! The condo is within walking distance to many attractions, as well as the subway, which will take you anywhere you want to go. This condo is a much better deal than a hotel room, and we would highly recommend it. We hope to be back soon!

Great Stay
We took our daughter and granddaugher (age 10) to NYC and wanted enough space so that we could have separate sleeping areas. This was perfect with the blowups being more comfortable than most. It was my granddaughter's first trip to NYC so I wanted to have space with a view and this was beautiful. You see the Hudson River and the City in one sweep. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great location and good dinner across the street. It is walking distance to anything in midtown. Apartment was clean.

Great price - Excellent Location!
We planned a short trip and had a 2-night stay, GREAT LOCATION - YOU CAN BASICALLY WALK TO EVERYTHING!! The unit was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with anything/everything you could possibly need. There is a Food Emporium (five minutes away) which is VERY convenient if you're interested in stocking the refrigerator. The furniture in the unit is actually nicer and more updated than what is shown in the pictures. (there are no disappointing surprises). The staff are very friendly and accomodating. I have a three and six year old and there was plenty of room for all of us. Side note: we've never used an aerobed, they are pretty impressive - takes 2 minutes to set up and pretty comfortable. WE WILL BE BACK!

Cheap way to stay in NYC!
Amazing views, very comfortable bed, plenty of space for friends to use aerobeds. Clean and close to everything! Stayed here for a couple days for the NY Comic Con where we exhibited, and it was SO much better than overpriced cramped hotel rooms. Friendly owner was able to book us 2 weeks prior, due to another rental canceling our reservation. THANKS! http://www.zfcomics.com

A Super Condo in the Middle of NY!
This condo is best one we ever have been stayed in NY. The position is excellent. The accessories in the kitchen and the equipment in the whole condo are just super. The services and the kindness from the doormen and other in service team are greater than other places where we have been. The views from the condo are, even when you open up your eyes in the morning or when you return late in the night, so exceptional, that you are convinced about that NYC really never sleeps.

Awesome
Our stay in this condo was quite simply, perfect for us. The view was just breathtaking, particularly at night, and so wonderful to come back to each evening. Its location could not have been better; a well-stocked supermarket a block away, a diner opposite for some hearty meals, and its close proximity to the subway system and public buses made for easy transport around New York. Also, treat yourselves to a special dinner at 'Heaven' on W44th & 10th - great food & service!! We would absolutely return to this Manhattan condo on any subsequent visit to New York; and are more than happy to recommend it. The owner provided prompt and efficient 'customer service' from our first contact and was easily reachable for some extra assistance. Don't procrastinate; just book it - you won't regret it.

Perfect Condo!
The condo was a perfect home base for our family of 4. Lots of space, full kitchen and everything we needed. Parking was close by and relatively cheap compared to hotel and other lots. We had trouble connecting to internet and owner helped very quickly. We walked to most of our destinations. The bed was so comfy and the views were outstanding! We would come back!

Amazing!
I can not begin to describe what a wonderful xperience we had on our first trip to NYC. There is a parking ramp adjacent to the apartment complex which made it easy to unpack the car and get things in. The view in the pictures really doesn't do it justice. The property was clean and if we had a question it was quickly answered. Everything is in walking distance, just a few short blocks to the Port Terminal station if you need to go longer distances. Lots of restaurants and a few grocery stores nearby. H&H bagels is in walking distance to if you are looking for a fresh bagel. The next time we come to the area we will most certainly book this place again!

TOTALLY MADE OUR STAY EXTRA SPECIAL
A fantastic fun filled 6 days in NYC with this apartment as our base. There are few words that are not cliché's to describe the view that actually do it justice. Breathtaking, awesome, spectacular, mesmerising and stunning are merely a few which spring to mind. A terrific location too, well within walking distance to many major attractions and venues. There's a very convenient 24-hour diner right across the road that do probably the best eggs benedict you will ever sample. Food shop on the next block which has a good range of everyday foods. Please be aware that the photos on this listing DO NOT do justice to the apartment or the view. If you are going to NYC and want the space and freedom that an apartment affords you, this is it! I had initially reserved a hotel but for for the same money, chose this apartment and I'm SO glad that I did. Very fast lift/elevator to apartment floor. All in all a fantastic city break holiday with a tremendous base for exploring. Our reservation contact was extremely helpful, quick with replies to concerns and available and very accommodating too (excuse the pun!). Go on, treat yourself and book this apartment today!"

The best place we stayed at
During our visit to the US, our family stayed at four different apartments in NYC and in Florida. This place we definately the best of all of them. The property was exactly as described, the photos were very accurate. The owner was easy to get in touch with and quick to respond when we found something broken (it was fixed within 24 hours!). The views of course are great as is the location. Only a few blocks to Times Square and the Theatre District, a good supermarket only a block away and a great Diner across the road. We felt safe at night in the area as well. This id definatley the property we would recommend to friends and the place we would like to stay at on our next visit. Thank you!

Great apartment with AMAZING views
Much better than any hotel in NY that I've stayed in. VERY central with amazing views and a great diner across the road with loads of variety (especially for Veggies). Circle Line Cruises are 5 mins walk and are a must for any Big Apple virgins. 10 mins walk to Times Square/Broadway etc with lots of restaurants on the way. Concierge were very friendly and always helpful. This was a fantastic place to bring my fiance (a NY virgin) for a 30th Birthday surprise with the in-laws in tow. The apartment is easily big enough for 4 people with just enough privacy and the air beds are easy to inflate and comfortable. We had such an amazing time and will come back to this apartment on future trips to NY.

Great experience
My wife and I stayed here with our two daughters (9 and 6) and had a great experience. Everything was as described/promised in the listing. The apartment was clean and offered plenty of room for the four of us. The terrific 24/7 diner across the street was a really nice perk. The owner was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. We appreciate it!
