This beach cottage is located between Easton’s Beach, (1st Beach, Newport) and Sachuest Beach, (2nd Beach, Middletown), on Purgatory Road. Walk down to either beach or take a short bike or drive in to town where all the action is. This property has dedicated parking for 2 and a private hedge enclosed patio for your summer Bar-B-Q’s. If you prefer to dine out take a stroll down to the Atlantic Beach Club on the ocean or over to Thames street for an variety of eclectic dining, shopping and nightlife spots.
Our cottage has been artfully decorated in the Aloha Style and recently renovated with a new kitchen, laundry and unique pebbled floor beach bath. It is fully equipped with all amenities so all you will need is your bathing suit. We also have outdoor furniture, a gas grill, ice chest, and beach chairs for your use as well as a private outdoor shower.
The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, a DVD player, a Stereo and WiFi. We will be happy to recommend our favorite boat charters, surf lessons, bike rental, restaurants and spa facilities if needed.

Always a GREAT place to stay!
I have stayed at this cottage for the last 2 summers. The layout of the home is very spacious! (you would not think it is only 750 SF like the description says.) It is decorated beautifully and comfortably. The kitchen, bathroom, hardwood floors and appliances are all new. This cottage is in a great location; very close to the surfing beaches and several local bars/restaurants/shops. And it is just a short bike ride into Newport for even more things to do. I will be staying there again this summer and I look forward to seeing the new larger patio!
