“Hangin’ Out on the Beach” is just footsteps from the best sand on the gulf. Located in the western most part of Panama City Beach, this is the perfect place to relax and well, just hang out. Hangin’ Out is Unit #12 in Ramsgate Harbor…walking distance to Winn Dixie and Publix grocery stores and Bayou Bill’s Restaurant. Just minutes to Carillon and, the internationally acclaimed towns of 30A such as Rosemary, Seacrest, Alys and Seaside beaches to the west and Pier Park to the East, this condo is outside the hustle and bustle, but close to it all. Though, close to it all, the beach at Ramsgate is quiet, peaceful and family oriented. With 550 feet of beachfront property solely dedicated to the Ramsgate community, we won’t be overcrowded. The beachside pool has a large deck with lounge chairs, restrooms and grills, great for watching the colorful sunsets in the Gulf of Mexico.
Enjoy the beautiful sunset and sugar white beach from either of your 2 private gulf-front balconies. You will be mesmerized by the spectacular ocean view and easy access to the beach just a few stair steps away - no long walks or elevator rides here.
This beach front jewel has been completely updated with granite countertops, updated furniture, beautifully coordinated décor, full sized washer and dryer and flat screen TV’s. The town home style floor plan is great with common areas on main floor including a half bath and 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the 2nd floor.
And ladies and gentlemen you won’t be far from all the discussion if you’re in the kitchen. It is all open to the living room. The kitchen is completely stocked…full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and toaster to name just a few of the supplies we know you want. We have everything your family needs to feel at home, including dining table seating for the whole family along with counter seating at the bar. You can see the main balcony area and even call out for drink orders to those sitting outside.
The Master bedroom has a queen bed with sliding glass door to the private deck above the main deck. Curtains of course can be drawn to allow complete privacy. The second bedroom has twin bunks and a separate twin bed. The living room on the main floor has a pull-out sofa sleeper making the condo able to sleep 7.
What else will help you choose our condo over the many others? Well we provide many of the extras, others just don’t. Even Wifi, so bring your laptop!! We realize your family is coming down to the beach with limited luggage and space. We try to have many things in our condo so you don’t have to bring them with you. A “Pak-n-Play” and highchair for the baby or young child, an x-box for the older children with many suitable games for rainy weather along with a few board games, movies and puzzles for your enjoyment.
What else you ask? - A TV in every room (DVD players with kid’s movies and some blockbusters for the adults.) Because we have listened to our guests, our condo comes with basic supplies, like spices and salt and pepper shakers that most others just don’t provide. We want you to enjoy your vacation and our accommodations will help you do just that.
