Quaint 2 Bedroom Townhouse located in the heart of Capitol Hill, 7th and Independence Ave SE. We are a 5 minute walk to the Eastern Market Metro Station. The unit is 2 stories, with both bedrooms located on the second floor. The larger bedroom has a Queen sized bed, the smaller bedroom has a Twin daybed that converts to a King sized bed. A renovated modern bath with large glass & tile shower is also located on the second floor. The first floor includes living room with double sized sleeper sofa and kitchen featuring European appliances and granite counter tops.
