Serenity is located on Lond Pond in the town of Somerville. The setting is near the end of a peninsula with causeway access. The neighborhood is a quiet adult community of friendly people. The year round cottage is 20 minutes East of Augusta and 30 to 45 minutes to Central Coastal areas. It is on the water and has its own beach area with canoe and kayaks. It also has a private sitting area separate from the beach with its own dock.
