This villa is great for families with three or four kids! I have added a bunk bed to the second bedroom making this villa sleep six without using the sleeper sofa. 

Why bring all your beach stuff from home?  Just bring your swimsuit and beach towels!  We provide the rest including backpack beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, and a beach buggy to roll all of your stuff to the beach. Coco’s our beach side cabana will have everything you could want from food, drinks, tables, shade, restrooms, ice, sunscreen, etc.  Don’t feel like walking the five minutes on the boardwalk to our private beach?  We have a free beach shuttle.  For rainy days just hang out at the INDOOR HEATED POOL WITH JOGGING TRACK. HOT TUB, KIDDIE POOL AND EXERCISE ROOM.  There is also FREE WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTION around the indoor pool so bring your laptop. 

This newly renovated two bedroom, two bath villa is located on the fourth and top floor and our resort does have elevators. From your private balcony you will have picturesque views of the saltwater marsh, lagoon with fountain, and the Atlantic Ocean.  Private balcony has a bar table and comfortable chairs. 

Need more villas?  In the same building we have a three bedroom ocean view on the third floor (#64555), a two bedroom lagoon view on the first floor(#64565), another two bedroom ocean view that sleeps four (#295356) and two more two bedroom, two bath lagoon views.  To inquire about these last two lagoon views please call Marianne at 678-457-6341.

We also have villas in the next building which is building one. #53026 is a two bedroom,two bath poolside villa, #53088 is a three bedroom, two bath,poolside villa, and we have another two, two bath poolside next door to the three bedroom and to inquire about it please call Marianne at 678-457-6341. All three of these villas are on the first floor around the pool and just a few doors apart. For tennis players we also have a lovely villa with a tennis view (#295337)in building four. Let us plan your family reunion or multi-family vacation!  
The den has a queen-size sleeper sofa making this villa sleep 8 comfortably. Television is equipped with a DVD and VCR player with 64 cable channels. We provide movies, books and games.  Beautiful marsh, ocean and lagoon views from the master bedroom, dining room, kitchen and den!         

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots & pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender, crock pot, spice rack, microwave, dishwasher, and all other kitchen necessities.   Just bring the food!  We have supplied everything else that you will need to create your favorite low-country meal! 

The master bedroom has a television, ceiling fan and a queen-size bed for your comfort.  There is also a private bath with tub and shower.  

The second bedroom has bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and and a twin bed on top. There is another twin bed making this room sleep four comfortably. There is a television with DVD & VCR. Another full bath is just outside the door.

The outdoor pool has a deli with food mart and an internet cafe.  There is also free wireless by the indoor pool.

And last but not least our beautiful beach!  There is a private boardwalk over a scenic salt-water marsh abundant with wildlife including herons and egrets.  At the beach you will find Coco’s the resort’s private cabana with food, drinks and restrooms. No roads to cross and just a five minute walk across the boardwalk to one of the last private beaches on the island.  We also have a free beach shuttle.  Our private beach is one of the least crowded on the island.

This centrally located resort is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, and of course the beautiful beach.  The resort is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones Ocean Course in Palmetto Dunes.
