Located on the beach at 99th Street on the Ocean, you’ll see amazing sunsets from each bedroom and beautiful sunrises from the ocean front balcony.
Each bedroom has a Queen-size bed, there is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room and two Aero beds for your use.
Everything you need is waiting for you!
We provide the linens and towels, a fully-equipped kitchen, as well as a washer/dryer.
For summer fun, all the gear you need for the beach in the unit for your use; ie., chairs, umbrellas, towels. You’ll only need to pack your bathing suit!
So, come one ‘down the ocean’ and enjoy some fun and relaxation!

Wonderful!
My husband and I stayed at this condo last year and are going back twice this summer. The owner, Kim, is wonderful to work with. The condo itself is well taken care of. We felt like we were at home, only with the beach! The views are awesome! The two floor setup is wonderful We will continue to come back to this condo.

Fantastic!!! Is all that needs to be said about this fabulous condo! It was myself, husband, mother and father in law, and our 3 children and we had plenty of room. Very accommodating and the views are spectacular! This was only our second "real" vacation so my husband and I were pretty leery on renting a vacation home on line but Kim was great! Any question we had on the property she was quick to answer. I'd do it again in a heartbeat! Thanks Kim!
