$375 night $2,000/week, $8,000/month: Dec. 15-May
Holiday weeks Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year $2500 week
$350 night $1,800/week, $6,400/month: June-Dec. 15
Minimum 3 night stay   Monthly rate is for 4 weeks/28 nights
Security deposit $500, due at reservation, refundable after inspection.
Cleaning fee: $200, non-refundable
Pet fee:  $100, non-refundable
Rental fee and cleaning fee due 45 days prior to arrival, 60 day cancellation notice required
