RENTAL PROCESS

... Non-refundable advance deposit of half of the rental rate is due within 10 days of booking.
... Balance of rental rate, tax and security deposit due 30 days prior to rental week.
... Payment by check or credit card. Credit card payments subject to a 3% service fee.
... All rates subject to 6% Maryland sales tax and 4.5% County room tax.
... $750 refundable security deposit. Deposit will be refunded within 30 days of departure, baring any damage to unit.
... $80 rental fee due at Check-in.
... Check-in at 3:00pm on Saturday and Check-out at 10:00am the following Saturday.
... Upon check-in, you’ll receive a rental package with 4 parking passes, 12 facility passes, and renter’s manual.
