We are directly on 2 Free Town of Vail Shuttle Bus routes which stop frequently just steps away from your door. A short 5 min ride gets you to the center of Vail Village. 
WALK TO TOWN: you can take a short walk to Lionshead base area over the pedestrian bridge. This home is located on a quite, private street.

All the things you need to have a great vacation are provided for you. High end finishes throughout this three level home. We can comfortably sleep 10 guests in beds. The mattresses are all premium quality pillow tops wrapped in high end linens. The floor plan is perfect for privacy or togetherness whatever you desire.

INCLUDED WITH THIS RENTAL - You will have your own host/property manager who will meet you upon arrival, set you up, and attend to all your concerns and questions during your stay. We also handle all the snow removal for you. So just relax and enjoy your vacation.

TOP LEVEL:
has a large Master Bedroom with a Queen bed, HD LCD TV, and a deck facing the mountains. In the master bathroom there is a granite counter top and a large walk in slate stone shower.
Across the bridge, which overlooks the living room below, is the 4th Bedroom. It has a Twin Trundle Bed that SLEEPS 2, LCD HD TV, Sony Play Station 2, and a DVD player.
This bedroom is private and cozy which is perfect for kids or just as a playroom.

BOTTOM LEVEL:
has 2 large bedrooms - one has A King Bed; the other - Bunk bed, and a Twin bed. If needed a second Twin bed can be set up in that bedroom. Both bedrooms have LCD HD TVs and DVD players. The bathroom on this level has double sinks, plenty of cabinet space, and a tub/shower with sliding glass doors.

ON THE MAIN LEVEL:
Dining Room is comfortable and can easily seat 8, it flows into a cozy Family Room which has a wood burning fireplace, 43” Samsung LCD HD TV, ample comfortable seating, and large windows. There is a full bathroom on this level. On the large, wrap around deck you will find a PRIVATE BRAND NEW HOT TUB, and a new Weber gas barbeque grill. For your convenience the garage has been converted into a heated ski changing area with warm forced air professional boot and glove dryer/heater. There is plenty of seating for everyone to change.

VIEWS:
From main living areas and from the bedrooms you have panoramic views of the mountains thru floor to ceiling windows. From early morning till the afternoon this home is filled with sunshine.
