Beautiful stay for our wedding guests!
Absolutely beautiful, cozy, and relaxing. We rented these houses for our friends and family from out of state (and country) that attended our wedding in May 2009. They LOVED it! There were rooming options of more privacy for a couple, or larger rooms for families with smaller children, or even a place for the teenage cousins to sleep together while they talked all night. Everyone was comfortable and happy. Our guests arrived from several states away and even Ireland...it was hard to get them away from the house and to the wedding! With the proximity to Yellowstone a short drive takes you across the beautiful country of Paradise Valley and through the mountains into Gardiner, MT, the first entrance to Yellowstone National Park and only year-round entrance, accentuated by the great Roosevelt Arch. There are also deer and elk common to the area of the house, and as close as Gardiner (about 30 miles away) there are other animals frequently seen (such as buffalo and antelope). Gardiner is not only the entrance to Yellowstone, but also home to coffee shops, pharmacy, grocery store, tourist-type shops with souveniers, ice cream parlors, some restaurants, gas stations, and a bank with ATM. About 20 miles in the other direction of the house (or less) is Livingston, MT, a larger town with a few more options for restaurants, groceries, and movies, a bus station, some shopping, banks, pharmacy, etc. We look forward to staying again! Thank you for the wonderful experience for my family!
