Toucan Blue is a single family home with 4 private bedrooms so the rates can be flexible depending on the number of guests.  The bedroom that aren’t needed are simply not made up or accessible, but will not be rented to others.

It perfect for divers, snorkelers, family or friends. It is an awesome property for anyone that appreciates natural beauty and the tranquility of having the sea at your doorstep, and the barrier reef within sight and easy access. The crystal clear Caribbean water is just steps from the front door and you can enjoy the sunrises and sunsets from the palapa at the end of the dock in front of Toucan Blue. 

There are two sea kayaks that are provided for your use.  Escape the tourists and enjoy the peaceful, serene surroundings of Toucan Blue.

The property managers will meet you at the airport and escort you to the house, stopping with you at the supermarket if you wish.  They will be available for any questions you may have.  There is a cell phone at the house to use during your stay.

Enjoy the stunning view while relaxing on the deck, paddle the sea inside the barrier reef in the provided sea kayaks, stroll the white sand beach, view sea life from the dock, or gently swing on one of the hammocks.  If fresh water is your preference, you can swim and lounge at the community pool located behind the house.

For divers, there is a nearby dive shop that may be able to pick you up at the community dock located immediately in front of Toucan Blue. The dock and pool are only shared between four houses on the point, and there is security on site.

The large, covered outdoor deck is a perfect place to enjoy the tranquil setting. You will likely find that the deck is where you will spend most of your time, for morning coffee, having dinner prepared on the BBQ, star gazing at night or simply swinging in the hammocks to relax.

The house is decorated in lively Caribbean colors and each room has air conditioning and ceiling fans. There is a stereo/CD player with indoor and outdoor speakers, TV, DVD and wireless internet access.

$900 up to 2 guests in one bedroom
$1100 up to 4 guests in two bedrooms
$1350 up to 6 guests in three bedrooms
$1600 up to 8 guests in four bedrooms

There is also a vehicle that can be rented to guests, if interested, for the rate of $350/week. It is a 4-wheel drive automatic transmission Izusu Trooper SUV that comfortably seats 5 passengers.
