Our secluded log cabin, designed for only 2, sits on the shore of it’s very own 3.5 acre lake shared with only fish (including large mouth bass), fowl, deer, and other wildlife.  There are 85 acres of varied and interesting terrain for you to explore, including a 40’ gorge
Your closest neighbor is 1/4 mile away insuring you TOTAL PRIVACY.
The cabin has a wood burning fireplace (wood provided), picture window overlooking your lake and the covered front porch with its hanging chairs and cushioned furniture, satellite TV, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, and a very comfortable queen sized sofa bed in the large living room.  There is no bedroom.
Outdoors you have a choice of cooking on a Weber gas grill or charcoal BBQ.  You can dine outdoors near the cabin on a large table on the flagstone patio or at a picnic table in the area of the dock.
In season there is a fresh herb garden for your enjoyment.
Enjoy the lake from the rowboat, our inflatable water loungers, or just swim around in it!  There are hammocks, hanging chairs, and lounge chairs available for your use.
There is much to do in northern Dutchess County but most of our guests prefer to enjoy the solitude of the cabin.  It is especially beautiful at night when the moon is full!
