Irish Eyes is a wonderful newer home. It is Beachwalk’s grandest home! The home has three master suites with private bathrooms (the main floor master suite is equipped to assist the physically challenged), an additional queen bed sleeping room, and two child friendly rooms with double bunk beds, so it is perfect for families traveling together. One of the ensuite bedrooms also has a crib for the smallest traveller! The upstairs loft room is perfect for a family unit, having one queen bed, twin bunks and a double futon.
There is a total of seven bedrooms in the main house can and can comfortably sleep 20. Rent with the guest house, Bailey’s Irish Cream, and you can accommodate 25. Our additional homes, Kathryn Rose and Rosebud are one lot over, rent them together and you can accommodate 49! This is a perfect setting for a family reunion.
Irish Eyes also boasts a large great room, which is perfect for gathering! The room is 24 X 27 and has a fireplace. The kitchen/dinette is open to the great room and will seat 20.
The first floor also includes a handicapped accessible master suite with full bath, a screened porch off of the great room and a sun room off of the kitchen area.
The lower level is finished as a bedroom and will have a two futons and a TV, perfect for the kids to bring their gaming systems and have their own private play area! The lower level also has a full bath and a laundry area with washer and dryer.
The home will have an observation tower to over look the beautiful Beachwalk community. There is also a finished loft area on the third floor that has a queen bed, bunk beds a futon and TV. Great area for a private family sleeping room.
Bailey’s Irish Cream is the guest house and it will accommodate five. The second floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The main floor will have a kitchen area and living space with a pull out sleeper sofa.
Beachwalk has many amenities to offer in addition to the beautiful Sheridan Beach. It has a pool, Lake Kai, basketball courts, tennis courts, deli, putting green and playground area.
Come join us in the off-season for a Notre Dame football weekend-only about 40 minutes from South Bend.
Women love coming for get-away weekends to shop at the Light House Mall or spend the weekend scrapbooking!
The house is located next to the school yard which has a wonderful sledding hill in the winter time and a great play area in the summer time.

Our rates vary greatly depending on the season. We do weekend rates in non-summer months starting at $1150 for the weekend. Our summer weekly rates are starting at $2950 and go up to $6200, depending on the week.
